Profiles Health Club, now known as Profiles FX, was founded by Helen Ashley Mentzel in 1995. Over the 30 years, together with husband Colin Mentzel, built one of the largest most successful, privately owned clubs in the Eastern Cape. Due to covid restraints and huge changes in the gym industry they downscaled to a more personal and private club concentrating on membership retention. Still the market leaders in GQ when it comes to experience, professionalism, and service. Helen, Colin and now daughter Lexie are taking exercise to new heights!
